Car Show Vendors

VCCC would like to thank these fine organizations for enhancing our 2023 show and our community fundraising efforts.  Along with our sponsors these vendors help ensure that our mission to support local charities is successful.  We offer special thanks to the American Legion and Seaside Creamery for superior food service. We encourage you to patronize our vendors and suggest others. 

Z2 Motorsports in New Britain, CT, is a full-service shop is dedicated to muscle cars, performance cars and race cars.  it was founded by car enthusiasts with the guiding principle of providing the highest level of quality and service possible. They are 100 percent dedicated to helping you achieve your automotive dreams whether for a paint job or performance. 

The products of ​oil-rich AMSOIL in Wolcott, CT, are sold locally by Rich Pelletier, who is available for group presentations on the subject of machine oil history and choices. AMSOIL specializes in synthetic lubricants answering to the greatest challenges vehicles and equipment present. The service an extraordinary range of markets – automotive, powersports, industrial, racing and more – which has made their influence in the industry unmistakable and the brand highly respected.  

The ​Seaside Creamery food truck, from New Britain, CT, is popular at festivals and beaches all summer long, including the New Britain Museum of American Art.  Nice owners, great ice cream! 

The American Legion offers a food service each year at the show, thanks to Cliff Burelle, a VCCC member, and his wife Debbie.  This is the largest veteran’s service organization in America, chartered by Congress in 1919. Today, membership stands at nearly 2 million in more than 13,000 posts worldwide. Over the years, the Legion has influenced considerable social change in America, won hundreds of benefits for veterans and produced many important programs for children and youth. 

The Klingberg Family Centers in New Britain, CT,  was founded in 1903.  They extend hope and healing to some 4,000 children and families each year whose lives have been traumatized by abuse and/or neglect, severe family problems and mental health issues. Klingberg also arranges arguably the best car show in New England as a fundraiser. Certainly one would be hard pressed to see such amazing vintage cars outside of a museum; so plaudits to VP Emeritus and historian Mark Johnson!  An auto restoration teaching program is an important part of Klingberg, as well as the beautiful Raymond Hill School on the 40-acre campus where auto maintenance and restoration is a program of study.

Richie's Hobbies sells diecast models of vintage autos starting in the 1950s, out of a collection of some 5,000 cars. Also hot wheels, other collectibles.
